Hiya. I am a medical professional working in Birmingham area. I am straight, tidy and friendly. I work mainly 9 to 5 with occassional night and weekend on call. I don't smoke and do not have pet. I am not party animal but occasionally like a drink with some friends.

I am looking for someone to stay in the extra bedroom in my house. It is not a double room but it has ensuite bathroom. It is facing the back of the house with view of garden and park. It is furnished with new furniture.

I prefer university student or professional, non smoker and no pet. Cleaniness also essential. Otherwise, I am very flexible.
